A FATHER-OF-FOUR was tragically killed at a gas station while out for cigarettes with his cousin, according to neighbors.

Thomas Mallaby, 40, was assaulted in the early hours of Sunday morning on the forecourt of an Esso garage in the village of Annfield Plain in County Durham, police said.
