OMEGA TEST – One of the best things you can do is get tested to see if you are Omega deficient.
There are loads of tests on the market where you prick your finger, squidge some blood into a test tube, post it off and get results. I love Forth. It is quick and reliable, with an easy app that stores results.
Their Omega-6 and 3 test is £99. I was surprised at how bad my levels were. (forthwithlife.co.uk)
PILLS – Wiley’s finest wild Alaskan fish oil contains a substantial 750mg EPA and 250mg DHA. And it comes in just one soft-gel a day.
It is derived from sustainable, ethically caught wild Alaskan fish. Peak EPA is clinically proven to increase Omega-3 levels in human muscle tissue and red blood cells.
It is four times more potent than regular fish oils. (£19.99 for a month’s supply, wileysfinest.co.uk)
MULTI-TASKER – Pro-Ven Probiotics’ new box Four Pillars Of Nutrition contains a high-strength multivitamin and mineral tablet, a broad-spectrum antioxidant tablet, a high-potency prebiotic and probiotic capsule plus the Omega-3 – with 150mg of EPA and 100mg OF DHA.
Only 73p a day to tick all your boxes. A great idea. (£21.95 for a month’s supply, provenprobiotics.co.uk)
