A GRAPHIC designer believes she led FBI detectives to Gabby Petito’s body after allegedly spotting her white van and a “man acting weird” at a campsite.
Jessica Schultz and her friends camped out at Spread Creek in Wyoming between August 22-29.

In a TikTok video, the camper said she and her pals noticed Gabby Petito’s white Ford Transit van several times during that period.
Schultz said she saw the vehicle on August 26 and 27 – days after Gabby had told her family that she and her fiancé Brian Laundrie had reached Grand Teton National Park.
She also claimed she spotted it a third time after being left surprised that its owners had seemingly not been asked to move it to a parking spot, The San Francisco Chronicle reports.
The camper said she noticed the hat that was on the dashboard in the van, which prompted her to contact the FBI after speaking to friends.
She said: “I just lost my s***. And that’s when I called the FBI and said ‘Guys look at Spread Creek.”
Schultz and her friends were interviewed before detectives announced human remains believed to be “consistent” with Gabby’s characteristics were found on Sunday.
The camper claimed the FBI agent said they “tipped us off” to the right place.
She told the Chronicle: “We’re triumphant – we were right and we led them in the right direction.”

Schultz also claimed she spotted a “man acting weird” while at the campsite
She reportedly went up to the van to see if he wanted to join the group but realized he was much younger than them.
The Tiktoker said: “He was just acting weird. You know, when you’re out in the middle of nowhere, your hackles go up when you see something that’s out of the ordinary.”
Human remains thought to be “consistent” with Gabby’s characteristics were discovered by agents on Sunday.
The find came just a week after family members reported the 22-year-old missing.
FBI officials confirmed the body was Gabby’s and the coroner’s initial determination for the manner of death is homicide.
The vlogger’s official cause of death is still pending.
Richard Stafford, the lawyer representing the Petito family, told Business Insider on Tuesday that the identification was confirmed.
Stafford had released a statement thanking the media and public “for giving the Petito and Schmidt family time to grieve.”
He said: “We will be making a statement when Gabby is home.”
A post uploaded to a Facebook page created by the vlogger’s family said: “Our hearts are broken.”
A second message, uploaded roughly 90 minutes later, read “#justiceforgabby”.
Authorities are still searching for her fiancé Brian Laundrie who remains a person of interest.
He and Gabby were roughly two months into a four-month adventure when Laundrie returned to his Florida home with their van on September 1.
Police, FBI agents, and K9s started searching the 24,000-acre Carlton Reserve in Florida during the weekend without success.
