The Chrissy’s Court star felt “slightly down” as she struggled to come up with the “book caption” for her upcoming cookbook.
After typing up about Jack, the Lip Sync Battle host “then realized my third baby will never be here.”
Chrissy wrote: “I realized I threw myself into the book to not think of the real, actual third baby.”
She added: “I don’t really feel like I fully processed Jack and now that I don’t have the alcohol to numb it away, things are just…there, waiting to be acknowledged.”
She continued about how “life is so f**king complicated” and that her experience “was a rollercoaster.”
In the Instagram snapshot, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and the La La Land actor were in each other’s arms as they laughed together.
The couple was sitting at a green table, with berries on top, near the window.
They had been eating at Frank Restaurant in New York City for more than 13 years.
She was remembering a time when things “were simple, thinking about all the stuff I’ve done and been through not just this year but in my life.”

About a year ago, the celebrity couple revealed that they had tragically lost their baby son Jack in October.
The model shared heartbreaking photos of their final moments as they grieved together on social media.
While many of her followers praised them for being so open, a few trolls criticized her decision to share personal photos and claiming the tragic moment should have remained private.
One troll said: “So glad you’ve stopped using your terrible miscarriage as a means to keep promoting yourself.”
FAMILY DAY
Recently, the famous couple’s kids made a rare public outing with their father.
They had stepped out in the Big Apple to enjoy a family day.
The All Of Me singer wore a light pink polo shirt and matching pants.
Luna looked adorable in a pink T-shirt that featured a drawing of the sun and clouds and had on pink shorts.
Meanwhile, Miles wore a red T-shirt, black shorts, and white sneakers.
Luna held onto the hand of The Voice coach as they walked across the sidewalk, while Miles held onto a stuffed toy shark.
Recently, Chrissy took to social media to announce that she and her husband have added a new pet to their family.
She shared a snap of John and the pup sitting in the grass, and a video of their pet running inside of their house.
