In July 2021, levelFILM and Cranked Up acquired the rights to “Cosmic Dawn.” According to Deadline Hollywood, the companies announced that the film will be released in the first quarter of 2022 in North America. Thankfully, “Cosmic Dawn” will almost assuredly face no delays, as the film has already entered post-production (per IMDb).
“We are excited to be a part of the release of Cosmic Dawn and to bring audiences a unique and timely psychological thrill ride,” said David Hudakoc, Managing Director of levelFILM.
While it can be assumed that “Cosmic Dawn” is set to debut in theaters, none of the filmmakers or distribution companies associated with the project have indicated that it will release on a streaming service. Like most films these days, it will likely end up somewhere where people can stream it. However, when and where that will be has seemingly yet to be decided.
