On Thursday, August 5, Kanye West released the merch for his upcoming album, Donda, following his second listening party in Atlanta.
The release date of Kanye’s upcoming album is still unclear at the time of writing. However, Kanye hinted in his second listening party, held at Atlanta’s Mercedes Benz Stadium this week, that it’s only a matter of time before Donda is out.
Kanye debuted the Donda merch during the fashion-fuelled listening party.

So far, the singer has only released one apparel from the merch collection. It is a long-sleeve black T-shirt with The Star of David emblazoned on the front. It also carries the album name and a notation of the Atlanta event.
The tee is priced at $100 and ships in 10-12 weeks.
Kanye’s Donda merch has been designed by famed Georgian fashion designer, Demna Gvasalia.
The website also reveals that a portion of the profit from the sales will go to the Donda foundation. Fans can expect more merch to be introduced as the album releases.
Currently, the black T-shirt is accompanied by the DONDA digital album, which is priced at $10, and has a simple pure black album cover.
Kanye’s fans would also be thrilled to know that the orange round jacket from the YEEZY x Gap collection is on sale too. It is priced at $200.

Singer’s second listening party explored
Kanye’s second listening party had up to 40,000 attendees.
Around 10:30 PM on Thursday, August 5, the lights at the Mercedes Benz stadium went down and Kanye walked on a bare platform that had a mattress on the ground with a grey comforter on it. A few pairs of shoes and Kanye’s famous spike-covered jacket were scattered around the mattress.
Fans swayed to the music as the titular track boomed. Kanye had his bondage hood mask with zippers over the eyes and mouth on. Songs like We gonna be okay, No Child Left Behind and He’s done miracles on me were played at the event.
Popular personalities like Quavo, Offset, Chance The Rapper, Kanye’s estranged wife Kim Kardashian and many more attended the show.
Despite the magnanimous event, the singer’s exit from the stadium became the highlight of the evening. Kanye levitated out of the arena as the show came to a close.
Latest updates on the album
Kanye’s album, Donda, was initially scheduled to release on July 24, 2020, but was delayed at the time. The next release date was scheduled for July 23, 2021, but that date was pushed forward as well.
Donda’s current release date is August 6, but the album still isn’t up on either Spotify or Apple Music. Some fans on Twitter were able to access what looks like the album’s full tracklist, while others are still unable to find it on any streaming platform just yet.
So far, we know that the album contains features from artist’s like The Weeknd, Kid Cudi, Post Malone, Tyler, The Creator, Lil Baby, Pusha T, Chris Brown, Baby Keem and Travis Scott among others.
Fans already know that the 44-year-old rapper’s new album is named after his late mother, Donda West.
