If there is one performer on Season 30 of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ who the stars knew would be a threat right from the start, it would have to be JoJo Siwa. The pop star and former ‘Dance Moms’ star is known for her high energy levels and ability to command the stage. And it appears that she intends to stay on top for the duration of the season.
Last week, Siwa and her partner, Jenna Johnson, performed the Quickstep to Jet’s “Are You Gonna Be My Girl?” This week, the duo performed the Cha-Cha to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande’s ‘Rain On Me’

Their performance was praised by Len Goodman, who said it was his favorite Latin dance of the season.
Derek Hough believed that Siwa would benefit from limiting her energy so that the quality of her performances would not suffer. Bruno Tonioli agreed, stating that a little more control would be beneficial to her. Carrie Ann Inaba became engrossed in their performance, noticing how well they worked together. This week, Siwa scored 31 points, bringing her total to 60. She is currently tied for first place with Amanda Kloots (based entirely on judges’ scores)
