A source told Page Six, the two “got into a fight at the top of the carpet” and “had to be pulled apart.”

“They scuffled then it settled down and Conor went for him again,” the insider dished. Photographers on scene were reportedly not pleased with the aggressive interaction “saying they were going to boycott Conor because they were worried MGK and Megan wouldn’t walk.”

The source continued to describe the scary event saying that “everyone was screaming,” and that “[McGregor] was ready to throw fists. Security was having trouble holding him back.” The fighter’s representative seemed to deny the claims there was any threat, and told the outlet in a comment, “Conor only fights fighters.”

McGregor has a history getting into hostile fights with other celebrities. Back in June, the 33-year-old boxer and businessman got into a feud with YouTuber Jake Paul after the social media star began taunting McGregor on Twitter.

As OK! previously reported, Paul tweeted that the athlete “better win tonight” ahead of his battle against longtime rival Dustin Poirier, in which McGregor ended up losing.

The 24-year-old went on to type out to his followers that McGregor was “insecure” and a “liar.”
“He no longer speaks from a place of authenticity & you can tell he’s trying to convince himself of his own lies.” Paul said in the inflammatory social media post. “He takes offense to everything now. He’s bathing in his own insecurity’s [sic]. When we fight I will further expose him for the fraud he is,” Paul tweeted.
