Dr Pimple Popper was filmed “delivering” a whopping cyst that looked like a “baby” – and it was stuck on someone’s arm for more than 14 years.
In the clip, uploaded on her @drpimplepopper TikTok channel, she shows a prominent bulge on the patient’s upper arm.
She gives it a good squeeze and it bounces like a rubber ball.
Dr Pimple Popper, real name Sandra Lee MD, then takes her scalpel to the bump and cuts a horizontal line through it.
She then squeezes the cyst and the round lump, which is bright red like a beetroot, starts to push through the hole and comes out fully intact with the sac.

Part of the cyst is still attached to the flesh inside the arm so Dr Pimple Popper snips it off to complete the extraction.
She then neatly stitches up the horizontal cut and shows how well it has healed in the weeks after the surgery – with the arm left looking normal aside from a faint scar.
The video has been watched more than half a million times and received hundreds of comments since it was uploaded on Sunday (August 29).

This comes after Dr Pimple Popper had to whip out her tweezers in order to tackle a stubborn cyst that was “resisting arrest”.
