Gary Lineker has raved about Mohamed Salah on Twitter for his performance for Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool against Norwich City this evening.
Liverpool have got the better of Norwich 3-0 with ease away from home at Carrow Road in the Premier League.
Egypt international forward Salah provided two assists and scored one goal for the former Premier League champions.
Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Lineker was following the match, and he was impressed by Salah’s performance.
World-class player
Salah is one of the best players on the planet and is a world-class forward.
Even last season when Liverpool were struggling, the Egyptian was banging in the goals.
The 29-year-old found the back of the net 22 times and gave five assists in the league last season.
Salah will be determined to become the top scorer in the Premier League this season.
The attacker – who cost Liverpool £34 million in transfer fee in 2017, according to BBC Sport – will be a key player for Liverpool in their quest to reclaim the title from Manchester City this season.
Salah has scored 98 goals in 159 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
Liverpool were much the better team tonight, and fans should be pleased with their performance.
