GH spoilers suggest Valentin Cassadine may head to Nixon Falls to check on Nina Reeves. Recently, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) video called Nina.
BLQ thought it would be nice to let Nina say happy birthday to Wiley Corinthos (Theo and Erik Olsen). Of course, this sent her into a panic. She worried that someone would see Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), AKA Mike, recall General Hospital recaps.

Then, Nina’s reaction set off a red flag with BLQ. She asked Valentin if he was going to visit his ex-wife to check in on her. Clearly, this gave him an idea. Valentin knows that he’s not Nina’s favorite person. But he cares about her well-being, so he may go against her wishes to make sure she is okay.

Val Stuns Nina and Guards Her Secret on GH?
Soon, on General Hospital, Nina Reeves finds herself backed into a corner while Sonny tends to Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy). They are all struggling to cope with the death of Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton).
So, it might be too much for Nina to handle if Valentin arrives at the Tan-O. It might be inevitable that Val sees Sonny. No doubt, he will be in disbelief. However, Val may stun Nina with his next move.
Instead of blowing Nina’s secret wide open, Valentin could try to help her. Surely, Valentin can’t stand Carly, and he knows she’s marrying Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Recall, Nina knows that baby “Bailey” is not his child and that Brook Lynn was never pregnant, to begin with. General Hospital viewers know that Nina Reeves urged Brook Lynn to tell Val the truth that Bailey is really Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) daughter Louise.
Nina Reeves is certain that Valentin Cassadine would help Maxie protect Louise from Peter August (Wes Ramsey). It breaks her heart that Val thinks he has a new baby when it’s all a lie.
So, she might spill the beans to Val, especially if he stays quiet about Sonny. Surely, Nina Reeves believes that Val deserves to know the truth. But, it will crush him, and it may send him into a blind rage, predict General Hospital spoilers.
