HAYDEN Panettiere returned to Instagram for the first time since reuniting with her “abusive” boyfriend Brian Hickerson.
Fans took to the comments section to beg the actress to “be careful.”
Following a months-long hiatus on Instagram, Hayden returned to the social media platform on Friday to share a snap of herself posing in front of a salon called Pink Cheeks.
The 32-year-old actress donned a soft smile while she lifted her arm to point out the salon’s sign.
Alongside the photo, Hayden wrote: “My go to place since I was a teenager!
“Cindy’s the owner and my go to girl!
“Her girls and Cindy herself always make me feel fresh, new and beautiful every time I see them!
“They’re my secret weapon 🏵 #PinkCheeks #Cindy Check out what they have to offer ☺️🙌🏼.”
Shortly after the Nashville actress posted the photo, fans rushed to the comments section to express their concern for the star after she reunited with her “abusive” ex.
While one fan told her to “be careful,” others noted that she looks “happy and healthy.”
One fan commented: “Hope you’re doing well Hayden! Sending you much love! 💕🤟🏻❤️”
An additional Instagram user told her to “take care” of herself, while a following fan commented: “Glad to see you’re doing okay.”
Hayden’s post marks the first time she’s posted on Instagram in months- with her last photo being shared on April 18.
The actress reunited with Brian in July after he served time in jail for domestic violence.
At the time, Brian confirmed that he spent time with Hayden at a West Hollywood restaurant.
The outing came nearly two months after he was released from jail.
While speaking of his time spent with Hayden, Brian told E! News: “To clarify, I was enjoying a Miller ‘Latte’ [slang for Miller Lite], and Hayden was not drinking.
“We went to a new restaurant that is Texas-based, and being a Southern guy, I’m a big fan of country music. So yes, there was some line dancing involved.”
He then told the outlet that he and Hayden “are not back together,” though they are “working on” rebuilding their friendship.
Brian explained: “We have a long history together, and the first step in my recovery as an abuser is making amends.
“That’s exactly what Hayden has been gracious enough to allow me to do.”
Hayden and Brian have had a tumultuous relationship since they were first linked in August 2018.
Back in April, Brian was sentenced to 45 days in county jail after pleading no contest to two felony counts of injuring Hayden.
He surrendered to jail on May 7 and was released early on May 20.
Additionally, Brian was ordered to serve four years of probation, attend 52 domestic violence classes and pay a $500 fee.
He was arrested in July 2020 for allegedly assaulting the star on multiple occasions between May 2019 to January 2020, while he initially pleaded not guilty.
Hayden was granted a five-year restraining order against Brian in July 2020, though a spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office told People it “does not prohibit the defendant and the victim from amicably interacting with each other.”
The court papers reveal that Hayden claimed Brian was responsible for “multiple incidents” of “domestic abuse” in California.
She also alleged the “abuse” happened in other states as well as Puerto Rico, according to the document.
Hayden claimed in the restraining order that “when alcohol is involved, he pulls my hair, swings me around and hits me, spits in my face, has dumped water over me while I’m in bed.”
Additionally, she alleged in the docs that he had “thrown objects” at her face.
