Please join us in congratulating Hayley Erin (ex-Kiki, GENERAL HOSPITAL; ex-Abby, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) and her husband, Adam Fergus on the birth of their twin daughters! The news of the stork’s delivery was broken by mom’s former GH co-star Robert Palmer Watkins (ex-Dillon) in his Instagram Stories! “Congrats to some of my favorite humans,” he shared along with a photo of Erin smiling in the delivery room behind the proud papa holding his new baby girls.
Erin announced that she and Fergus had tied the knot back in September 2020, and in April 2021 revealed that not only were they going to become first-time parents but she was pregnant with twin girls! Fergus is an Irish actor who has appeared in series like BEING ERICA and SUPERNATURAL, and the couple now lives in Dublin, which is where her beautiful baby shower was held back in June.
Erin’s career started with a guest role on MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE back in 2004, and she made her daytime debut as a recast of Abby Newman when Y&R SORASed the character into a teen in 2008. After exiting that soap in 2010, the actress moved to GH where she took over the role of Kiki Jerome in 2015, earning a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in 2019. Fans were heartbroken when Kiki was killed off that same year and Erin left the show.
While we’re still eagerly awaiting details from Mom and Dad about their beautiful bundles of joy, it’s just wonderful to know that the entire family is happy and healthy. (And hopefully not too upset with Watkins for spilling their big news!)
