Well, for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, everything seems to be Kosher.
The “Big Little Lies” actress recently opened up to E! News about her nearly 20-year marriage to the Australian country singer.
Nicole is an amazing method actor, and many of her roles (past and present) require her to be extra up-close-and-personal with her male and female co-stars.
According to the “Moulin Rouge” actress, her husband is very understanding of the demands of her job.
While speaking to E!’s “Daily Pop” she said, “My husband is an artist, so he understands all of it, and he also does not get involved.”
“He sees the show at the very end when it’s a show, all edited together, and he’s fresh eyes,” she continued. “He doesn’t read any script, he really doesn’t know what’s going on on the set, he’s got his own career that he’s completely absorbed in.”
The Emmy winner joked, “He doesn’t know much about what I’m really doing.”
Keith and Nicole have been married for 15-years and have two daughters, Sunday and Faith, together.
They met in 2005 at the G’Day USA Gala and tied the knot in 2006.
The Australia natives have made their high-profile careers and relationship work, because they have a “system worked out.”
During an interview with Wall Street Journal Magazine in April 2020, Nicole said, “When Keith’s not touring, it’s much easier. He’ll be on tour next year, and then I just don’t work as much.”
She continued to tell the outlet, “Literally—it will become imbalanced, and we will change it. We don’t have the answers, but the one thing we do know is that we will not jeopardize us.”
Nicole also revealed to WSJ Magazine the moment she fell in love with Keith.
It was on a motorcycle ride throughout Woodstock, New York followed by a romantic picnic in the woods.
After the date Nicole said, “I was a goner, I mean c’mon.”
Prior to Keith, Nicole was married to Tom Cruise and the former couple adopted two children together, Connor Cruise and Isabella Cruise.
Tom and Nicole divorced in 2001.
