Owner Pretends To Be Bond Villain While Cutting Dogs Nails

James Bond has found himself in many sticky situations over the years, whether that be tied to a table with a laser pointed at him or suspended over a shark infested pool.

But now this unfortunate Chihuahua has experienced his very own Bond-like dilemma at the hands of his ‘villainous’ owner.

This hilarious clip shows little Tuco suspended over the bath in the clutches of one of his ‘henchmen’, while he threatens the calm and collected dog with the dreaded nail clippers.

What is already a tense scenario is only heightened by Tuco’s resolve, refusing to have his nails clipped even when threatened with a watery fate.

The clip begins with four-year-old Tuco’s owner telling him: “You must choose Mr Bond, get your nails clipped or perish in the river below? What will it be Mr Bond?”

But the Chihuahua is not one to give in so easily, raising his paw when his owner attempts to clip his nails in spite of the threats.

The video, which was posted by TikTok user @gonzo_capulet, was a smash hit on the app, with over 26 million views and over 5.6 million likes.

The video clearly amused viewers, with one commenting: “He said, if I’m gonna perish, I’ll perish with my acrylics ON.”

Another commenter wrote: “He really said ‘then I shall die with honour’.”

A third added: “I think he chose perish in the river.”

The new James Bond film, called No Time To Die, will see Daniel Craig portray the iconic secret agent for the fifth and final time in the film which sees him face-off with a dangerous new villain, Lyutsifer Safin, played by Oscar-winner Rami Malek.

The film mostly takes place five years after the end of 2015 film Spectre which saw Bond drive off in his Aston Martin DB5 with new love Dr Madeleine Swann ( Lea Seydoux ).

The film had previously been due for release in November 2019 but was delayed to February 2020 and then April 2020 due to the departure of the director of Danny Boyle. He was replaced by Cary Joji Fukunaga.

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic prompted the film to be delayed once more to November 12, 2020, and then once again to April 2, 2021, and then a final time to October 8, 2022.

The film was brought forward by a few days for the UK.
