For those who don’t know, the former TLC star was arrested in April for the possession of child pornography. He was released on conditions, which state he’s supposed to stay with a guardian and is not allowed around children other than his own with his wife Anna’s supervision. He also has several other rules to adhere to, including wearing a GPS tracking device and not having access to the internet.
Josh says he’s not guilty, and his wife believes he’s innocent as well, sources reveal. Prior to his arrest, the feds spent a couple of years building a case against him, and it sounds like they have some solid evidence. But only time will tell whether Josh is guilty or innocent. His trial is slated for November 30. If he’s found guilty, he will spend decades behind bars.

It was recently revealed that Josh has another hearing coming up. The hearing is set for October 4.
