The singer previously took the house off the market for two months amid her divorce from Brandon Blackstock.

She previously put the eight bedroom, 11 bathroom Los Angeles farmhouse on the market for $10 million just one month before she filed for divorce from Brandon.
The price of the house was slashed by $1million in January 2021, while Kelly completely took the mansion off the market in June 2021.
However, the American Idol winner’s home is now currently back on the market for $9million.
The sprawling 10,000-square-foot mansion the family once called home sits on a half-acre of land and also features a two-level guest house next to the outdoor BBQ station, pool and jacuzzi.
The Voice judge, 39, filed for divorce from husband Brandon, 44, in a Los Angeles court on June 4, 2020, according to documents obtained by The Blast.
Kelly and Brandon – who is also the singer’s manager – got married in 2013 and have two children together — daughter River Rose, seven, and son Remington Alexander, five.
She also is stepmom to Seth, 14, and Savannah, 19, from the music executive’s previous relationship.
The former couple and their kids have been quarantining together at a ranch in Montana during lockdown when they listed their LA family home last month.

The Kelly Clarkson Show host, 37, had the California residence custom-built in 2018 and moved in the same year.
According to TMZ, the pop star listed her San Fernando Valley property for $9,995,000.
The kitchen boasts two dishwashers, state-of-the-art appliances and THREE separate islands.
Kelly’s former backyard comes equipped with a BBQ station and grill area that include outdoor seating.
A large swimming pool and jacuzzi with a built-in lounge sit next to the outside fire pit and pizza oven.

There is also a separate two bedroom, two bathroom double story guest house for visitors.
The main house – which spans 9,869-square-feet – has “romantic high-pitched ceilings” with wood beams, according to the listing.
“Combining art, design and functionality, this masterpiece elevates daily life to a whole new level,” the website promises of the space.
The Stronger singer’s modern industrial house also has an indoor gym, private patio, movie theatre room and lounge area.

The Piece By Piece songwriter will profit if she snags the asking price, as she purchased the home for $8.5M in 2018, according to the LA Times.
After landing her NBC daytime series, The Voice coach moved to LA with her husband Brandon Blackstock after living in Nashville for over 10 years.
The blended family were social distancing together on their Vintage Valley ranch in Montana when the home was put on the market.

Last month, Kelly showed off her “efficiency cabin” where the group has resided after production on her talk show shut down due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The daytime host talked about life up North: “It’s a really beautiful ranch and it’s a nice getaway for our family. It’s something Brandon and I have dreamed about since we were both kids.
“This is what we would call home,” she said beaming with a smile during her YouTube virtual tour.
News of their split comes after Kelly revealed on Late Night with Seth Meyers that she spent her birthday completely alone in April.

She told the late night talk show host: “I looked at my husband because it was a rough week of work and non-stop everything, and I said, ‘I don’t want to cook one damn meal, I don’t want to clean one article of clothing, I don’t want to do anything.’
“…For my birthday, I literally asked to be left alone which is funny because we’re all in isolation but I’m not in isolation because I’m constantly surrounded by people.
“I was alone and I enjoyed it. I did nothing but eat stuff that made me gain ten pounds and I watched whatever I was watching.”
