In case you didn’t know, Vanderpump Rules Season 9 is only two episodes in and already people are coming to play. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant, considering that two of the drama inducing witches of WeHo, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute had been axed, and Lala Kent and Scheana Shay were new moms, but I’m happy to report, they’re still as good as gold.
In the premiere episode alone, Lala was not only bringing it, but girl was on fire, getting into it not only with Scheana, but Adriana Madix and Charli Burnett. And, all this ‘todo’ happened during the party Adriana and Tom Sandoval threw for Scheana’s birthday (thankfully with actual furniture). Give them Lala, indeed.
Scheana was still mad at Lala for not showing up to support her during her miscarriage. Personally, I would have been more pissed at my baby daddy for playing golf instead of being by my side (looking at you Brock Davies), but that’s just me. According to Scheana, Lala told her she couldn’t show up because she had dinner plans with Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox. According to Lala, they spoke on the phone, Scheana wanted to be left alone and did not want to see anyone, so she went to dinner. I mean, do you blame her?
Scheana, being Scheana, actually did want company, she just didn’t want the company to come over because she asked, she wanted them to telepathically understand that they should just show up. Unannounced. When they were told to stay away. Girl, when you give people boundaries, and they respect them, you should give them props and not throw them to the wolves. Especially when they too are pregnant. Just sayin’.
Ultimately though, I think the two got on the same page and will be able to work things out. That is, until Mini-Lala starts stealing Mini-Scheana’s screen time. But I digress.
In an interesting turn of events, in an interview with Page Six, Lala is now claiming that Machine Gun Kelly and Megan have thrown her and Randall Emmett over, preferring instead to hang with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker instead. Oh, the irony. While it’s true that MGK and Megan met while filming for Randall’s latest movie, and even announced their togetherness on Lala and Randall’s podcast, I’m not sure if that means they owe them anything.
Clearly, Megan and Kourtney bonded at the MTV VMA’s while introducing their fellow baby daddies. In a weird way, it oddly makes sense. However, it’s clear Lala feels slightly snubbed, saying, “Well, they want to be more like — they want to be hanging with Kardashian and Travis Barker rather than Lala Kent and Randall Emmett.” Chill girlfriend, it’s not like you brought them extra publicity. Oh, wait…
