During the team’s media day on Tuesday, the Los Angeles Lakers star told reporters that he had received the COVID-19 vaccine. After not talking about it during the offseason, he explained why he decided to get the vaccine.
“I was (skeptical) at first, but after doing my research, I felt it was the best option not only for me, but also for my family and friends.” That’s why, according to USA Today, James decided to do it. He went on to say that he was uncomfortable speaking about it in public. “We’re talking about people’s bodies..”
“We’re not talking about politics, racism, or police brutality, or anything like that,” James clarified. “I don’t think it’s appropriate for me to get involved in what other people should do with their bodies or livelihoods.” ” With Jаmes receiving the vаccine, the Lаkers will be fully vаccinаted for the 2021-22 seаson.
