The friends who stay together, do business together? Lisa Rinna made an unusual appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She wore a bright green pantsuit with oversized sunglasses. Rinna covered her eyes as she answered questions about Erika Jayne’s divorce and legal dealings.
She vehemently defended her RHOBH co-star. This comes amid the rumors that Rinna and Erika Jayne did business together. Rinna claims she knows where her money goes. But does she know where it came from? Apparently, Erika invested a large sum of money into Rinna’s beauty business.
RHOBH star defends Erika Jayne
The larger-than-life personality had a bizarre interview on Wednesday night’s episode of WWHL. Lisa Rinna seemed louder than usual. She appeared hyper and kooky as she answered questions about this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Rinna made it clear that she’s on #TeamErika.
She defended her support of her friend. That wasn’t the case when it came to her former RHOBH co-stars like Denise Richards, Kim Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, and Yolanda Hadid. Rinna couldn’t help but ask them questions. She even asked Dorit Kemsley if people did cocaine in her bathroom. When it came to Erika Jayne, she played it soft.
The reality star claimed that she didn’t want to get involved with that drama. Rinna says she learned from her past mistakes. She claims to have grown up a lot since the past year. Rinna acknowledged that her personal growth makes her look hypocritical. She also got passionate and accidentally dropped F-bombs during the live broadcast.
“Do I have to f***ing do everything?” she asked the audience, who only roared in in response.
Rinna revealed that she believes Erika. She doesn’t think the Pretty Mess author knew anything about her estranged husband Thomas Girardi’s business dealings. “Why would Tom Girardi tell Erika anything?” Rinna asked. “The lawyers didn’t even know.”

The real reason why Lisa Rinna is so defensive is maybe that she did business with her friend. Late last month, rumors swirled that Erika invested $5 million into Rinna’s beauty business. In November 2020, Rinna launched Rinna Beauty, which sells a line of lip kits. RHOBH fans also found out that the two share a business manager.
On the Bravo Real Housewives Reddit, one fan suggested that Erika was allegedly laundering her money when she invested it into Rinna’s beauty venture. The alleged funds are said to belong to the victims of the Lions Air crash. If this is true, Rinna’s business could be directly impacted. She may find herself involved with Erika and Tom’s ongoing legal debacle.
Attorney Ronald Richards was suggested to be the first to share the information on social media. Erika took to Twitter to deny the claims. “LIES,” she wrote alongside a screenshot of the article, which has been removed. Ronald tweeted that he never said anything about Erika investing in Rinna’s business.

He wonders why Erika would bring up a false article unless there is some truth to it. Erika didn’t respond to his quetions. She simply followed up with a second tweet demanding Ronald to delete another article about her burglarizing her former home in Pasadena. The property is currently on the market for $11.5 million.
