The mom-to-be also posted how her husband Jacob reunited with his nemesis sister-in-law Audrey’s children.

Isabel shared a snap in her Instagram stories exposing her growing baby bump in a black shirt captioned: “I keep saying ‘I don’t feel big,’ and then I look in the mirror.”
She also shared a sweet snap of Jacob holding his nephew, Audrey and Jeremy’s son, Bode, on his shoulders.
Isabel captioned the snap: “Uncle Jacob and Bode Bear.”
She also shared a video of Bode holding Jacob’s finger as the two walked to the car, as the toddler’s big sister, Ember, ran ahead of them.

Isabel has already decided what name she will be giving her little one, as she explained to a fan on Instagram who asked: “Do you think you chose a good name?”
Earlier this week, show fans suspected Isabel was dropping clues about what she may name her unborn son.
She said: “We chose the name meant for our son. That’s the only way I know how to explain it. The name came almost 10 years ago and just stuck. It was simply meant to be.
Isabel concluded: “When people were guessing the sex of our baby before we knew, and I’d tell them the name I’ve always had they’d say, ‘oh yep. That is who is in your belly.”
However, the majority of fans already believe they know the name Isabel has chosen thanks to her “clues” – and it may have been inspired by her late brother, Tomas Garreton.
One person on Reddit shared: “Garrett definitely seems like it fits… looks like her brother passed in 2012 so the 10-year mark hint makes sense…”
Another added: “… Garret as a name (for her brother’s last name Garreton),” while one chimed in, “Thinking Tomàs as well.”
Isabel and her sisters-in-law Tori and Audrey reunited for the first time in months at matriarch Amy’s bridal shower after their family feud.
Both Tori and Audrey had previously shaded one another numerous times via social media during the peak of their feud.
Isabel took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo alongside the bride-to-be, as well as Audrey and Tori.
Audrey’s daughter Ember, three, and Tori’s youngest child Lilah, 1, were also part of the snap.
“Celebrating this bride to be today!” Isabel, 25, wrote over the rare photo.
Audrey also gave fans a bit of a look at the bridal shower, as she took to her own Instagram Stories to post a snap of her smiling next to Amy, 56, and Ember, as she wrote, “We love you Mimi.”
The mom of two also re-posted the photo Isabel shared of her with Tori.
Audrey and Tori’s reunion comes as they prepare to once again cross paths at Amy’s wedding to Chris Marek.
A family insider previously exclusively told The Sun the tension between the two “has eased” over recent weeks.
The source continued: “Both brothers Zach and Jeremy are invited to Amy and Chris’ wedding later this month with their wives, and they will definitely be attending.
“Everyone knows they haven’t seen eye-to-eye in a long while, but there was never any question to invite one couple over the other.
“It could be incredibly awkward for them to spend all day at the same wedding, but the family would like them to get along more.”
The source added: “… Time will tell as to whether they end up totally avoiding each other, or the occasion pulls them closer together.”
Audrey and Tori have had a rough relationship in the last couple of months stemming from their different political opinions and religious beliefs.
Audrey and Jeremy follow a strict Christian lifestyle and promote conservative viewpoints, while Tori and her husband, Zach, lean more liberal in their lifestyles.
Last June Tori star hinted that Lilah had yet to meet her cousin, Bode.
Just a few days later Audrey, who quit the TLC series in 2018 to focus on other projects with Jeremy, appeared to one-up her sister-in-law by showing off her baby’s milestones.
Previously, when Audrey revealed she is expecting her third child, Tori remained tight-lipped.
Three months before Audrey shared she is expecting, Tori, who has two kids, revealed she had suffered a miscarriage.
