Production has wrapped on “Lost City of D,” the romance action-adventure film starring Channing Tatum and Sandra Bullock.
Tatum shared the news with a video showing himself pulling Bullock into the water tank where they had just been shooting their final scenes, before the two celebrate with a hug.
Adam and Aaron Nee helm the film which follows a reclusive romance novelist who was sure nothing could be worse than getting stuck on a book tour with her cover model.
Then a kidnapping attempt sweeps them both into a cutthroat jungle adventure, proving life can be so much stranger, and more romantic, than any of her paperback fictions.
Drawing understandable comparisons to “Romancing the Stone,” the movie also stars Daniel Radcliffe, Patti Harrison and Da’Vine Joy Randolph.
“Lost City of D” is slated for an April 15th 2022 theatrical release.
That’s a wrap on #LostCityOfD. I love this movie so much I don’t have words. I also don’t have words for how special Sandy Bullock is. We definitely were made in the same lab & share a brain at times. I U girl. As U can see I’ll ride your coattails anywhere anytime forever. pic.twitter.com/yAXAf5D4x6
