But, as they’ve learned already, this process isn’t as easy as it may seem. There’s a lot that goes into the decision, and they are running into some issues with this specific property.
LPBW fans may know that Jeremy and Audrey originally made an offer on Roloff Farms. Unfortunately, that offer was rejected. The topic of the farm has been pretty controversial. As Matt Roloff gets older, he’s able to do less and less around the property. He originally intended for each of his kids to get a piece of the land.
After his offer was rejected, Jeremy decided to explore other options and find a new property himself. So, with that underway, he’s sharing an update on social media.

On his Instagram stories, Jeremy shared a few snaps of the property he and his wife Audrey found. It’s located near their current house. The huge barn is on a 120-acre property. The couple reveals that the barn and the rest of the property has “a lot of potential.”
But things aren’t going as smoothly as the couple thought they would. The barn is on a historical registry, as a landmark, which complicates the process. To purchase a property on the registry, buyers must go through an extra verification process. The buyer also may be limited on what they can do with the property.
So, Jeremy asked his social media followers for some advice. He wanted to know if it was worth the extra trouble to go through with the extra verification. He added a poll to his Instagram stories, and 72% of those surveyed warned him to “steer clear,” while 28% said it’s “not that bad.” Some of his followers suggest trying to take the barn off the registry to make the buying process easier.
Maybe after Jeremy and Audrey do some more research about the historical registry and what it means as they hunt for houses, they will make an informed decision.
