New aerial snaps of the building show it slowly taking shape as the removal of the tarpaulin and scaffolding begin to show off the home in all its glory.

Having knocked down an old cottage on the land, the new palatial mansion that stands in its place appears to have at last had its exterior completed.

Workmen have been photographed on the site taking down the wooden structure used to hold the walls together during the building process.

Now, the house is beginning to look identical to the jaw-dropping plans shared by Mark, 34, to his Instagram fans earlier this year.

The pictures reveal multiple large upstairs rooms with large windows, as well as a Juliet-style balcony that will overlook the large garden.

Downstairs, a series of large floor-to-ceiling windows have been installed, while the front of the house is still waiting for a double front door.

Looking similar to the Beverley Hills mansion in The Bodyguard, the dream home, which is built from white stone, is clad with grey roof tiles.

Meanwhile, landscaping has also begun behind the home – which is due to have a large swimming pool surrounded by Marbella-style cabanas.

The digital images of the home before its construction show a large paved driveway and outdoor seating area around a fire pit that is yet to be built.

Heart Radio presenter Mark and wife Michelle, 34, have been building the house from scratch, getting the project underway earlier this year.

They were granted planning permission to demolish the £1.3million farmhouse that used to stand on the plot in Essex.

Their five-bed mansion is looking like it will soon be completed, as the couple have sold and moved out of their old home.

Construction has taken over a YEAR due to Covid restrictions halting the building process on more than one occasion.

‘CAN’T WAIT FOR IT TO BE FINISHED’

Mark and Michelle, who married in 2015, bought the property, a mock-Tudor house, for in October 2019 and began knocking it down in 2020.

Earlier this year, the Towie star took fans inside the building project to update them – walking around the roof bedrooms.

He also told his following about the design for the second floor master bedroom suite, including a walk-in wardrobe and huge spa bathroom.

Filming the master bedroom, as well as its ensuite bathroom and wardrobe areas, the Heart radio presenter said he “couldn’t wait” to see it finished.

He detailed how the bathroom, with freestanding bath, sauna and steam room, would have views over the beautiful countryside beyond.

Mark concluded by saying he “couldn’t wait” for the site, which currently consists of brick walls, flooring and ceilings, to be finished.

Mark and Michelle were living in a £2,400 a night hotel in London while their home was taking shape earlier this year.

The couple, who celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary, stayed at the posh Corinthia Hotel as they waited for their mansion to be built.

‘COULDN’T BE HAPPIER’

It is expected that their new place won’t be ready to live in until the end of the year, with close friends revealing they “couldn’t be happier” with how its turning out.

A pal told The Sun: “They’ve moved into their favourite London hotel after selling their Essex home as the new mansion won’t be ready to live in until the end of the year.

“Mark and Michelle love it there and feel very at home – they couldn’t be happier while they want for their new home to be built.”

They have created a dedicated Instagram account for the project for fans to keep up to date with the building in the mean time.

The pair have also applied to Epping Forest District Council with plans for a “one-bedroom annexe” – also expressing their wishes to demolish an existing stable building.
