MARRIED At First Sight Australia star James, did not seem to take his wedding vows seriously after he was spotted snogging a mystery woman.
The millionaire luxury car salesman, hit up a celebrity hotspot in Melbourne just days after marrying wife Joanne on national television.
Married At First Sight Australia has become a smash hit here thanks to all the romances, rows and romping between contestants.
The show, which first aired Down Under in early 2021 and is now screened on E4 and catch-up service All 4, sees a panel of experts match up 12 couples who have never met.
British viewers watched tonight as Joanne and James tied the knot with the bride quickly saying she was thrilled with her partner and admits there is a “spark” already.
But just days after their ‘wedding’ on the TV show, James was spotted partying at an exclusive nightclub and locking lips with a mystery woman.
“He was seen dancing the night away, they were kissing on the dance floor and he clearly didn’t care who saw,” a witness told the Daily Mail in February when he was seen.
The Jo look-a-like and James were spotted chatting up a storm in the VIP area of nightclub, Bond, a well-known hotspot for A-listers in Melbourne.
At one point they exchanged details, James unbuttoned his shirt to dance semi-topless and the woman lifted up her top to flash her black lacy bra.
The pair were later seen holding hands while leaving the club together.
Also on hand at Bond’s VIP area was MAFS Australia alum Stacey Hampton to whom James chatted with for a while.
On tonight’s episode, viewers watched Jo try to measure up to the millionaire dad-of-three.
But after an emotionally abusive relationship, Jo felt very insecure around the luxury car salesman when she clocked a Rolex watch on his wrist.
“I’m more Kmart than Rolex,” Jo said with anxiety, before worrying, “I don’t think I’m good enough for him.”
The pair seemed to hit it off after James reassured her that she was his type.
And while they didn’t have sex on their first night as couple, they kiss a lot and James danced around their hotel room in underwear.
“You could say the marriage is off to a good start,” Jo declared in the morning.
While the UK version of the reality favourite has always been popular, series six of the Aussie show has become compulsive viewing for British audiences waiting for Love Island to return.
They then have to “marry” and move in together for the duration of the series, before deciding whether to stay together or separate.
Fans have been quick to praise the explosive series, which has also made stars of the cast.
