Megan Fox Shares Insecurities About Her Own Body Suffering From Rare Disease

Megan Fox is getting real about the “deep insecurities” that she has. The “Transformers” star admitted that she struggles with her body image despite being known to the world as a sex symbol.

“Yeah, I have body dysmorphia. I have a lot of deep insecurities,” Fox, 35, said in a joint interview with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly for British GQ Style published Monday.

“We may look at somebody and think, ‘That person’s so beautiful. Their life must be so easy.’ They most likely don’t feel that way about themselves,” she explained.

The actress’ candid confession was not the only time she let down her guard during the interview with her “twin flame,” as the couple gave each other matching tattoos between chatting with the mag.

Their ink read, “the darkest fairytale,” which Fox said “alludes back to one of the first text messages we ever sent each other.”

As referenced in the punk rocker’s track “Banyan Tree (Interlude),” MGK, 31, previously got his girlfriend’s initials tattooed onto him, while Fox has his nickname on her body.

Fox and Kelly met while shooting Randall Emmett’s film “Midnight in the Switchgrass” following her split from husband Brian Austin Green after almost a decade of marriage.

She opened up about finding love again with the “Papercuts” singer, telling British GQ Style, “This is what my heart was searching for.”

“Famously, like, I’m an unusual person. And I had buried a lot of that because it didn’t have a place to live,” she added. “I recognize so much of myself in him, and vice versa, and that locked-up part of me that I had put away.

“I’d always felt like there was that thing missing, that I’d given up on, that you’re always seeking. But then you meet the person that completes that for you and you’re like, ‘Oh, this is what my heart was searching for. That’s what that beacon was this whole time.’”
