Nadia Bartel has stepped out for the first time in weeks after laying low in the aftermath of her snorting scandal during Melbourne’s lockdown.
Embattled WAG Nadia Bartel has stepped out for her first public outing in weeks after an now-infamous video emerged of her snorting white powder.
The 36-year-old businesswoman has been keeping a low profile since the three-second clip surfaced, which showed her “snorting” a white substance from a grey plate on September 2, during Melbourne’s lockdown.
A month on from the scandal however, she has been spotted in Melbourne paying a visit to Chemist Warehouse.
After emerging from her black Range Rover and spotting someone taking her photo, Nadia pulled out her phone and used it film the person on the other side of the lens.
It was unclear what her intentions for the footage were.
She opted for casual attire, dressing in an all-black combination of full-length leggings, a cropped singlet and cropped unzipped hoodie.
Nadia also donned a pair of New Balance sneakers and a black face mask to match the low-key ensemble.
She was later shown emerging from the discount chemist with one branded single-use plastic bag with the items she purchased inside.
The incriminating white powder video was first published accidentally on the Instagram account of Nadia’s business partner Ellie Pearson and disappeared after 10 minutes.
Not only did it show Nadia snorting an unidentified white powder, she was also revealed to be among a small gathering of people breaching Victoria’s public health order.
She was one of four women fined for attending the gathering, but she avoided criminal charges over the white substance.
The mum-of-two was quick to issue a grovelling apology on Instagram after the video emerged, stating she was “embarrassed” by her actions.
She has still yet to post anything else on her account.
