Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev’s baby Matteo accidentally broke his dad’s “Dancing With the Stars” trophy in a clip his mom posted to Instagram Monday.
“Dada we are so proud of you!,” Bella captioned her post on Instagram. “Go do what you do best tonight!! We are manifesting for you! Back to back champ baby! We love you so much … Teo and I will get your trophy fixed!!! Lol Oooppss ha! We gotta strong boy here!!”
Chigvintsev is the reigning champ of “DWTS:” He won last season with his partner, former “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” star Kaitlyn Bristowe.
“Love you both so so much and I guess dad needs to get a new trophy this season,” he joked under his wife’s post.
The chintziness of the show’s mirrorball trophy has been noted before by the winners of the series. Ex-Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, who competed and won Season 10 in 2010 with pro Derek Hough, told “Entertainment Tonight” in 2019 that “They gave it to me and it fell apart in pieces.
“It was so ghetto; all the pieces fell apart! So they worked on it and they redid it for me.”
Bella, 37, and Chigvintsev, 39, welcomed Matteo last summer. The tyke arrived not long after her twin sister, fellow pro wrestler Brie Bella, confirmed she and husband Daniel Bryan had welcomed their second child.
Seven months after giving birth, Bella shared in March that she was “almost back” to her pre-baby physique with an ab-flaunting Instagram post. She chalked up her progress to “healthy eating, [an] increase of workout activity and Emsculpt Neo,” a non-invasive body sculpting technique also used by Olivia Culpo.
