Outlander-daft comedian Josh Pray ‘ready to give kidney away’ for new season

Outlander -obsessed comedian Josh Pray has gone viral again for sharing his comical review of Outlander’s season six trailer.

Fans were delighted when show bosses shared a teaser for the much anticipated new season and left many curious what the fate of Claire and Jamie Fraser will be.

In the 50-second clip, the two characters can be seen looking happy as they travel in a cart but scenes tease that a war is on the horizon for the families at Fraser’s Ridge.

Excitable Josh shared a video of his review and appeared on camera already overwhelmed by the opening seconds of the clip.

He said: “They have been in love with each other seven seconds and until the trailer, the way… they way he just looked at her like it’s okay.

“He knows he’s going to die! He know in the end he gon die, he knows what’s coming soon and the way she just looked at him! And the way they looked at each other…

Referring to the clip where a potential hand of a corpse can be seen, Josh said: “And the dude with the arm that’s like the colour of Casper the frigging ghost, there was no melatonin in that arm, walking up the steps! Who the hell is that walking up those steps? What is he trying to do?”

Josh had Twitter in stitches

He continues: “Then… you seen them red jackets coming! You know as an Outlander fan what the end is gon be! You know he gon die! And you know she gon cry when he dies! But you know she ain’t going to be able to live without him, but she might die with him because she can’t live without him?!

“50 seconds of preview just gave me all the emotions and all the feelings. I’m a grown-ass man, I’ve never had a menstrual cycle ever but this is got to be what it be like! I feel bloated, I feel emotional, I feel happy, I feel angry, I want food, I want compliments and I want everybody to get the hell away from me. I don’t know how I feel but I feel!”

One wrote: “Can’t wait for next season and your thoughts on each episode! You ARE the man, Josh!”

While one said: “And he said I feel bloated, I’m hungry, I’m angry… I died laughing.”

Another commented: “Let this man moderate the next Outlander panel. I’m here for it.”

And one added: “My sentiment exactly, you put in words what I was thinking when I watched the trailer earlier.”

We already can’t wait for Josh’s reaction to season six.

Back in the summer, the producers have confirmed that season six will air in early 2022 with a 90-minute premiere episode planned.

Posting a pic of stars Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe, Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin on Instagram the official Starz Outlander account wrote: “In honor of #WorldOutlanderDay, I’m excited to announce that #Outlander Season 6 has officially wrapped and is coming your way in early 2022 with a 90-minute premiere episode!”

Incredibly, the post also confirmed that although thanks to the pandemic, Season 6 will only be eight episodes due to the challenges of filming, a sixteen-episode Season will begin filming next year.

Showrunner Matthew B. Roberts confirmed that fans shouldn’t be concerned that this season is shorter than normal, he said: “We are excited to get into the editing room to work on bringing the fans one step closer to reuniting with the family back on Fraser’s Ridge.

“Filming in 2021 has presented an unprecedented set of challenges which led us to the decision to truncate the season in order to bring the fans the most vibrant and dynamic season as soon as possible.

“Dinna fash, we will then film an extended season 7 with 16 episodes next year as life returns to normalcy.”
