Sam Heughan has been enjoying some time in the Big Apple as he visited the city for Comic Con.
The Outlander actor travelled to the States to join the panel for a special Comic Con based around the new series six launch.
Fans were delighted after the actor ventured out to explore the streets of NYC.
He treated his fans to a slick selfie as he posed wearing a pair of sunglasses.
Hinting that he could swap Glasgow for New York, Sam wrote: “In love with this city…(heart) NY.”
One fan wrote: “We’d love to have you when you’re ready for a move.”
Another said: “You’re the best @samheughan! Couldn’t get your autograph but I was happy to see you at the Outlander panel on Saturday!.”
While one commented: “And we are in love with you @samheughan What a fantastic pic!!! Enjoy your stay in NY!!!!”

Show writer Diana Gabaldon, exec producer Maril Davis and Scots actor Sam Heughan were there in person and fellow stars Caitriona Balfe, Sophie Skelton, Lauren Lyle, César Domboy, and John Bell joined virtually.

The event was perfectly times for Diana to promote the series’ brand new book, Go Tell The Bees That I am Gone, which is due out in November.
The first look trailer for season six was also released just in time for the panel and left many fans excited for what is to come.
Instead of jetting back to Glasgow right away, he will be sticking around in the Big Apple as he is due to be one of the guests at Wizard World Chicago this week.
Season six of Outlander will be released in ‘early 2022’ with eight episodes and a ninety minute premiere show.
Showrunner Matthew B. Roberts said of the new show: “We are excited to get into the editing room to work on bringing the fans one step closer to reuniting with the family back on Fraser’s Ridge.
“Filming in 2021 has presented an unprecedented set of challenges.
“It led us to truncate the season in order to bring the fans the most vibrant and dynamic season as soon as possible. Dinna fash, we will then film an extended season 7 with 16 episodes next year as life returns to normalcy.”
