Windsor Street will be reopened by the end of the day
VICTORIA, Texas – Windsor Street is closed from Crestwood Drive to Melrose Avenue for construction on August 16 and is expected to be reopened by the end of the day.
All businesses and homes in the construction zone will remain accessible, however, it is encouraged for through traffic to avoid delays by seeking alternate routes.
