A woman has shared her game-changing hack for reheating pizza that delivers a crunchy base and melted cheese every time.
TikTok star Tara, @aldentediva, went viral after she shared the hack with her followers and people were blown away by the technique.
She skips the microwave, moves past the oven, and reaches for a frying pan, before adding some water and putting a lid over the pan.
Tara acknowledged it was an unusual technique and warned users to not “knock it till you try it”, and insisted that it is the best way to reheat pizza that she has found.
What do you think about the pizza trick? Let us know in the comments…
To reheat the slice, Tara pops her pizza into a hot pan before pouring a little water around it and then putting the lid on top to allow it to steam.
It takes just a minute or two and when reheated the pizza is crunchy, hot and covered in melty cheese – as if it just came out of the box.
Tara’s video soon went viral and racked up 2.5 million views, alongside 142,500 likes, and countless comments.
One user commented: “Confession: I would rather eat it this way than fresh.”
“Only way to do it,” added another.
While a third said: “Does it not get soggy?” to which Tara replied “nope”.
Another fan wrote: “I’m constantly amazed by how many things TikTok has taught me I’ve been doing wrong my whole life.”
