REBEL cousin Amy Duggar gave her fan a tour of her new boutique location after the previous store had been ‘broken into’ before moving in.
Amy, 34. shared what her new boutique looked like in her Instagram stories.
The Counting On alum took a shot of the store’s “new Turkish rug” on the floor.
She mentioned being “slightly obsessed” with the reddish rug.
The reality star was glammed up as she wore a black outfit and darkened her hair.
The outside of the building was covered with celebratory balloons.
While standing outside, Amy smiled as she took selfies with “my people.”
The Instagram video tour of the Thirty-One-Thirty boutique took followers inside the location, which was stacked with various outfits for men and women.
‘A BEAUTIFUL STORE’
Back in September, the reality star shared on Instagram what the inside of her clothing store looked like, way before its grand opening.
At this time, the shelves were empty and the full force of the electricity had not been turned on yet.
While posing with her husband Dillon King, the TV personality teased a “sneak peek” at her upcoming boutique.
Amy wrote: “Our new 3130 clothing location is going to be amazing!”
Also in the post, Amy thanked her husband for his support.
She added: “Thank you to the hubs for always dreaming with me- I couldn’t do it without you!”
Some of her followers wondered why Amy’s boutique had moved locations.
One of the Counting On fans jumped into the comments section and asked: “Looks like a beautiful store location. But why did you move?”
Amy replied: “My landlord broke into the store, and he breached his contract. So it was a very quick move!”
THE DRESS CODE
While sharing the news of the boutique’s new location, Amy also broke her family’s strict rules.
Patriarch Jim Bob, 55, and matriarch Michelle, 54, have mostly stuck to these strict rules for their Christian lifestyle.
The Duggar family has observed a strict dress code that usually only permits women to dress modestly and to wear skirts or dresses.
One of these inflexible rules includes not allowing women to show their legs or dress in a revealing manner.
The Duggar children have also been homeschooled and grew up with strict access to entertainment and television.
In her snapshot, Amy wore a red top and gray shorts, which showed off her bare legs.
Amy’s cousin, Jill Dugger, 30, joined the rebellion and shared her ideas for a tattoo in an Instagram post.
In the first snapshot, Jill marked her bare skin with a black marker and wrote on her wrist: “Jesus Only Jesus.”
In the second snap, she wrote a biblical quote on the side of her hand that said: “He is my peace.”
