REAL Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her boyfriend Luis Ruelas have finally moved into their new $3.4million New Jersey mansion.
The pair bought the sprawling estate, which sits at 7,728 square feet and features seven bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, at the start of the year.
The RHONJ personality, who finalized her divorce from ex-husband Joe Giudice last year, started dating Luis in late 2020.
They purchased the new home together a few months into their relationship, though it was reportedly only going to be a real estate project at the time.
Now further into their relationship, Teresa and Luis have decided to make it their new home and moved in this week.
The businessman shared videos from their big day, as his girlfriend said goodbye to the family home she shared with her ex Joe and hello to her new home with Luis.
“It’s a beautiful day,” one of the videos were captioned, as the mansion’s sprawling green, manicured front lawn came into view.
The place featured landscaping of blooming flowers and full trees placed all around the property.
Leading up to the front door is a long, brick driveway, and moving and crew trucks could be seen parked at the end.
“Move in day,” interior designer Jessica Fratantoni wrote alongside a video, in which she tagged the homeowners Teresa and Luis, of her walking up the brick driveway toward the entrance of the mansion.
A glimpse inside the large kitchen was also shown, which features a black and gold professional-style oven and stove combo.
There are white cabinets and countertops, along with a gold faucet for the sink.
“It takes a village,” a caption read for one video as a crew of people helped move Teresa and Luis’ dishes and cookware into the kitchen.
The mother-of-four’s backyard includes a flower-filled garden with a massive lounge bed for sunbathing right next to it.
Teresa and Luis dropped $3,350,000 on the Montville Township, New Jersey property.
The first floor houses the kitchen, dining room, living room, office with wooden furniture and a large brown leather chair, laundry room, and one bedroom and full bath.
Five more bedrooms, another laundry room, and four more bathrooms can be found on the second floor.
The basement of Teresa’s new place is completely finished and features the final bed and bathroom, as well as an exercise room, and rec room.
A stunning pool with an underground slide and a side cabana sit in the home’s backyard, with a waterfall cascading over a rock wall into the water.
Though Joe and Teresa got divorced after a 20-year marriage in September 2020, they split before then, after winding up in jail – for charges relating to their finances, including failing to file tax returns.
