Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will recall Lani and Abe did not come into contact until Lani was older – he didn’t raise her, Tamara did. Days of Our Lives viewers already know that likely Paulina had at least one abusive former boyfriend, or she could even have been just a teenager when Lani was conceived. Either way, Paulina was not able to raise her eldest daughter and Tamara took over.
