Ashley Jacobs has just given birth to her first child, a beautiful baby boy!
The ‘Southern Charm’ star shared the wonderful news on Instagram, along with several photos of the newborn baby in her arms. The baby was born at Santa Barbara’s Cottage Hospital in her hometown just a few hours north of Los Angeles.
“The happiest, most surreal, and exhausting weekend of our lives. Our baby boy is here. It’s hard to put into words how I feel because “in love” feels like an understatement. God is good,” Ashley captioned the heartwarming montage of photos. In the pictures, Ashley included her new husband — Mike Appel — who is seen holding his new baby on his bare chest and helping inside the hospital room.

The newborn baby boy is named Grayson.
As we reported, back in June, the couple announced that not only were they married but were expecting a baby boy! The newlyweds were engaged in March and recently tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony. “We’re having a baby!” the couple said at the time. Adding, “It’s wild how the universe works — our first child together is due the same day we met, two years ago!”
“Baby boy coming in August,” they told People.

The best part, the couple planned a babymoon trip to Kauai, Hawaii to celebrate the soon arrival of their newborn baby boy, but decided to turn it into a honeymoon after tying the knot. The famous couple shared photos from the Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort, and the stunning hotel at Poipu Beach.
The reality star’s new husband is the owner of ‘Related Garments’ and creative agency ‘Nnovate’ and met in 2019 at a rooftop party in her hometown of Santa Barbara. As we reported, the couple got engaged while on a snowmobile ride in Park City, Utah.
“After a year and half of dating, we can both agree that this adventure we’re on together is just getting started,” Jacobs told the outlet. She continued, “We’re a great team and we can’t wait for what’s ahead! Buckle up!”

The new parents should have a good head start with baby accessories after Jacobs enjoyed a lavish baby shower back in July filled with gifts and famous faces. Fellow ‘Southern Charm’ star Landon Clements shared a photo alongside Jacobs at the stunning party. “I loved celebrating you and baby Grayson today! Thank you for having me it was so special,” Clements captioned the photo.
If you are big SC fans, you know the two have been by each other’s side since the start of the hit reality show, especially during Ashley’s turbulent breakout with Thomas Ravenel. That’s a whole different story for a different time!
Friends and fans flooded Ashley’s Instagram account to send well wishes, including, “Love you guys so much!!! He’s gorgeous like you both and I couldn’t have asked for a cooler Bday twin Kingston can’t wait till we all hang.” Another added, “God is so good!! He is perfect!!!!!! Congrats, Ash!”
