TEEN Mom Kailyn Lowry’s best friend Lindsie Chrisley got her luxury car, but no alimony in her divorce from husband Will Campbell.
Lindsie, 31, filed for divorce from Will after nine years of marriage on July 26.
In the divorce papers, Lindsie requested permanent and temporary child support, and a “shared parenting plan in the best interests of” their son Jackson, 7.
But The Sun can exclusively reveal in Will’s response to the divorce filing on August 25 that he alleged both parents are “capable of earning an amount sufficient to contribute to the support of the child and the health/dental insurance for the parties’ minor child.”
He also requested joint legal and physical custody of Jackson.
Then on September 8, the exes filed a marital agreement, which they both signed off on.
Lindsie and Will waived their right to receive alimony now or in the future from the other.
Will “granted and conveyed” to Lindsie the 2021 Lexus NX 300 in her possession, while he was able to keep the 2019 Ford F-150 in his possession.
The parties also agreed that Lindise retains “sole and exclusive use and possession of trademarks, trade names” and more.
He also agreed to “not use nor misappropriate the likeness of Ms. Campbell by using her voice, signature, likeness, photograph for commercial benefit without Ms. Campbell’s prior written permission.”
The former Chrisley Knows Best stars are able to keep their new, separate homes.
The parties agreed to a parenting plan and child support, though the documents weren’t available.
Will then filed a motion to seal documents, meaning they would not be available to the public.
The court documents read: “The parties in this matter are public figures, appearing in a television show on a major television network, and their divorce filing has been reported.
“The information contained in the parties’ pleadings, settlement and parenting plan for their minor child is and will be of a very sensitive and personal nature to the Petitioner and Respondent.”
A judge agreed to the sealing.
It is unclear if the parties’ divorce is official.
In July, Lindsie posted a photo in her new Georgia home with Jackson.
She captioned the sweet snap: “While one door closes, another opens. It’s with the deepest sadness that, after 9 years of marriage, Will & I have mutually decided to end our marriage.
“We maintain the greatest respect & love for one another, & we’re so grateful for our time together. We will continue to remain friends & be devoted parents to our son whom we both love very much.
“Personally, I am focusing on the new beginnings ahead & a fresh space with the move this week. Thank you in advance for respecting our privacy as we work through this challenging time for our family.”
Lindsie and Will began dating in 2009 and eloped in 2012.
Lindsie filed for divorce from Will back in August 2016, but they reconciled and dismissed the divorce in April 2017.
Her last photo with her ex was on Valentine’s Day.
She captioned a sweet photo of the pair: “At the courthouse. Make it fashionable & kind. 12 years. Can’t break that. If you’ve followed me for a long time you know I’m not big on Valentine’s Day, but for those of you who are — I hope you had the best weekend full of love, happiness & appreciation.
“I believe that love is the most amazing thing in life. It is what makes us human & what makes life worth living. Nothing else truly matters. We all have different love stories & it’s not always easy, but I’m committed to leading with love — no matter where life takes us.”
Lindsie is currently estranged from her father, Todd, and her stepmother, Julie.
She currently co-hosts successful podcast Coffee Convos with Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn.
