TEEN Mom OG dad Tyler Baltierra’s troubled sister, Amber, has regained custody of her two children despite her alcohol relapse and “disturbing” new photos.
Amber, 34, is mom to daughter Lexis and son Jordan with her ex Matthew Bell.

In June 2018, Matt was awarded custody of the children, while her family was awarded “some parenting time,” according to a Michigan court.
The children were allowed to visit their mother in Texas, where Amber checked into rehab a month prior in May 2018.
The Sun can exclusively reveal that Amber and Matt were ordered to share temporary joint legal and joint physical custody of Lexis and Jordan at a court hearing on July 29.
The parents will alternate weekends from Friday to Sunday and Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
Amber has seen her children since being in Texas, as she captioned a sweet photo in July 2020 after a visit: “It’s not goodbye it’s see ya later… These children of mine are just so unbelievably amazing… all 3 of us needed this time. Gives assurance that I still do have them as my babies. They still want to have a relationship with me. I am so damn blessed and lucky to be there mom!!
“If I could stayed another week I would of. Ugh. So nice seeing them hugging them smelling there head. You parents know exactly what I mean by that lol I love you both Lexis Lynn and Jordan Josiah. Make good choices and respect your father and Gena!”
She most recently posted her children in July 2021.

But despite regaining custody, fans were concerned when she appeared to be covered in bruises and cuts in a photo she posted to social media.
Amber has struggled with substance abuse issues through the years, as she was arrested in 2013 for possessing narcotic equipment and a glass smoking pipe. She spent 20 days behind bars.
In 2018, she captioned a photo of her children before entering rehab: “These two. They are my rock. My motivation. My inspiration. The reason I breathe and wake up everyday. Mommy loves you to more than you guys may know right now…
“You both deserve nothing but the best and I will give that to you. I’m gonna miss you these 90 days. I know dad and everyone else will keep you busy this summer. Just know I love you both with every fiber in me. When mom gets home she’s gonna be the best woman I can be and an even better mom.
“I’ll pray for your comfort and happiness everyday I’m not with you.. show the world your my babies and you guys are strong and can get through anything… because well, you got Baltierra blood and it don’t get stronger than that.”
Then in 2019, she was arrested and charged with assault and held on a $1,500 bond in Texas.
She was sentenced to 18 months community service.
Tyler, who is married to TMOG star Catelynn Lowell, broke down on a March 2021 episode when he learned his sister had relapsed and began drinking alcohol again.
Tyler, 29, explained that he understands how Amber’s children may feel not having their mom around, sharing: “As a kid, you feel like what’s wrong with me? I’m just irritated with it. Why are you not putting me first?
“Why are you not here enough? Why don’t you want to be with me and hang out with me every weekend and go get high? It doesn’t make sense.”
As for Tyler, he and Catelynn, 29, are preparing for the birth of their third daughter.
They are parents to Novalee, 6, and Vaeda, 2. They placed daughter Carly, 12, with adoptive parents when she was born.
