Tired of having someone forget a grocery item when you hand them a list? This TikToker has a solution. A social media user named Melinda gave the most detailed shopping list to her husband with pictures of grocery items and internet users are calling her a genius.
Melinda, who shares her TikTok account, @adamxmelinda, with her husband Adam posted a short video on July 31 on the social media platform of herself making a grocery list for her partner.
She captioned the video: “Making my husband a grocery list,” and in the clip she can be seen sticking pictures of every product she wants from the shop on a piece of paper, rather than writing it down.
TikTokers appreciated Malinda’s creativity and the video soon went viral online. User happyhomebodies wrote: “Okay but I kind of love this… for the visual learners.”
User ValkyriePrime commented: “I know it’s a joke but as a guy this would be very helpful for certain items y’know!?”
Taking it to the next level, in another video, Malinda included an elaborate map of the store along with the quantity of each item she needs and the aisle they will be located in.
TikTok user Rin shared her own experience: “NGL (not going to lie) this is how my mum trained me at a young age. I am a visual learner you see.”
Some internet users were not happy about the video, accusing her husband of being “incompetent”. However, the duo quickly ensured TikTok users that it was “100 per cent a joke”.
