Tony Hawk fans can now buy skateboards filled with his blood

Skateboarding is Tony Hawk’s life. In fact, it’s in his blood.

Now, the skateboarding legend is selling boards infused with his own blood for $500 apiece.

The 53-year-old has joined forces with canned water company Liquid Death to create the board, in which Hawk’s blood is imbued within the paintwork and artistry.

However, the skateboards are one-of-a-kind — just 100 items will be made — and only available for a limited time.

A portion of the profits will be going towards alleviating plastic pollution and building skateparks in low-income communities.

“I am deeply thankful to have a connection with my fans, and I appreciate how Liquid Death connects with theirs,” Hawk said of the collab.

“I am deeply thankful to have a connection with my fans, and I appreciate how Liquid Death connects with theirs,” Hawk explained.

“This collaboration is taking those connections to a new level, as I have literally put my blood (and soul?) into these decks, and I take pride in knowing that organizations fighting plastic pollution and creating skate parks worldwide will be supported through our efforts,” he continued. “The two charities that proceeds will go towards are the Skatepark Project, as well as 5 Gyres, an environmental nonprofit organization.”

In March, the skate legend revealed he’s retiring his famous skateboarding trick — the ollie 540. He posted a video on Instagram at the time and performed his signature move.

“In 1989 I started trying ollie 540’s as a joke, since it seemed there was no way to keep a skateboard on your feet throughout 1 1/2 spins in the air. But at some point I started scooping the tail with my back toe, which kept my feet in place for most of the spin,” Hawk captioned the video. “So today I decided to do it one more time … and never again.”

“[My] willingness to slam unexpectedly into the flat bottom has waned greatly over the last decade,” he explained.
