Back in 2003, the former child star was about 10 years old when he played the role of Jake Harper on the CBS show.

Jake (Angus) lived with his hard-drinking uncle Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen) and his disillusioned father, Alan Harper (Jon Cryer) after his parents divorced.

Created by Chuck Lorre, the sitcom ran for about twelve seasons and originally starred Charlie, Jon, and Angus.

Charlie was replaced by Ashton Kutcher during the ninth season after he had gone into drug rehab.

Back in 2012, Angus reportedly told the Forerunner Chronicles, a Christian group, that people should “stop watching” his show” because it was “filling your head with filth,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

He claimed: “You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that. I know I can’t. I’m not OK with what I’m learning, what the Bible says and being on that television show.”

The TV star had been earning about $350,000 per episode.

Last year, Angus’ co-star Conchata Farrell passed away at the age of 77.

She died following complications from a cardiac arrest she suffered in early 2020, according to Deadline.

The actress died surrounded by family at Sherman Oaks Hospital in California.

Conchata had been battling health issues since 2019 and was moved to a long-term facility a year later in July after suffering a heart attack.

She is survived by her husband Arnie Anderson and their daughter Samantha.

Conchata portrayed Berta for more than 200 episodes of Two And A Half Men, from 2003 to 2015.

Her character was known to audiences for playing Charlie’s sharp-tongued and sassy housekeeper.

REMEMBERING CONCHATA

Jon, who played Alan, mourned her loss on Twitter.

The Pretty in Pink actor tweeted: “She was a beautiful human. Berta’s gruff exterior was an invention of the writers.

“Chatty’s warmth and vulnerability were her real strengths. I’m crying for the woman I’ll miss, and the joy she brought so many.”

Charlie, who was previously married to Denise Richards, also penned a wonderful tribute on social media.

The Wall Street actor wrote: “An absolute sweetheart, a consummate pro, a genuine friend, a shocking and painful loss.”
