Liverpool are sweating over Andy Robertson’s fitness right.
The Reds kick off their Premier League campaign with a trip to Norwich City on Saturday but the participation of one of their star players hangs in the balance.
Robertson walked off the field with an ankle problem in Liverpool’s draw with Athletic Bilbao at Anfield on Sunday night.
The Merseyside club confirmed via their official website that the Scotland international would undergo a scan today to determine the severity of the issue.
But Dr Rajpal Brar, a verified doctor on Twitter who specialises in injuries, has intimated that a positive prognosis may await Liverpool, claiming that the fact Robertson walked off the pitch is a good sign.

Replacement
The former Hull City left-back has started a minimum of 34 Premier League games in each of his past three seasons for the Reds.
That right there illustrates that he’s a huge player for Liverpool and any serious injury could be devastating.
The good news here is that if – and it’s an unfounded IF – Robertson has a major ankle problem, the transfer window remains open for another three-and-a-bit weeks.
When Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez got injured last season, Jurgen Klopp had to mix-and-match with whatever he had until January, but the German manager should, in theory, be able to recover from this a lot better with a replacement – again, if it’s bad news.
