Wait, Did Erika Jayne Just Support Thomas Girardi?!

What in the world is going on with Ms. Erika Jayne? Did the RHOBH star show support for her ex-husband Thomas Girardi on social media? It’s as if she wants fans to remember her actual last name. Erika Girardi and Thomas Girardi were married for 21 years.

In November 2020, Erika filed for divorce. Just a few months later, a flurry of lawsuits came out about the couple. Both Erika and Thomas are accused of allegedly embezzling funds meant for the victims of a plane crash. Erika has opened up about the case somewhat on RHOBH. Other than that, she’s kept quiet except when it came to quashing rumors about her on social media.

Now, fans are dissecting her latest Instagram Story.

RHOBH co-star seemingly supports “Girardi” name

Erika Jayne took to Instagram Stories to confuse fans. She simply wrote: “Girardi.” Fans took to Twitter to figure out what it could mean. Does this mean that Erika Jayne is showing support for her estranged husband amid the ongoing legal drama? Or, does this mean she intends on getting back with him?

Remember the couple was supposed to divorce. However, the legal drama overshadowed that. Erika and Thomas were accused of using their divorce as a sham. Some critics argued that the couple went with this option so they could hold onto their assets.

On the show, Erika claims that this isn’t the case. She also says that she was not aware of Thomas’s business matters and financial situation. He pretty much left her out of it. The reality star had to open her own bank account after filing for divorce.

However, that could all change. Maybe Erika still feels some way about Thomas. Fans noticed that she doesn’t express any anger towards her husband for what he’s done. Instead, she’s either emotional or supportive of him. In a previous episode, Erika revealed to Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Minkoff that he still calls her every day.

Erika Jayne did do business with Lisa Rinna

Last week, both Erika Jayne and Lisa Rinna denied doing business together. The Pretty Mess author says she never invested $5 million into Rinna Beauty. Now, a new report revealed that the two did do business together at some point. Erika spent $156,000 for Lisa Rinna’s daughters’ clothing company named DNA Inc.

The $25 million lawsuit shows that the singer made a payment to the company of the same name. This comes after fans found out that Rinna and Erika share the same talent manager. They also have been rumored to have done business together in the past. DNA Inc. is the same name as Delilah and Amelia’s company. According to its Facebook page, it claims to be a production house that works on videos and doesn’t mention any work with the RHOBH co-star.

This could be the reason why Rinna is so protective of Erika this season. She received criticism for not asking her any questions about the legal case. She claims that she grew up and learned a lot from her past, but it could be much deeper than that. Meanwhile, Ronald Richards is currently investigating Erika and her assets.

“We have no reason to believe those charges are for any other company than her friend Lisa Rinna’s daughters’ company,” He said in a statement to Radar Online. “It looks like she threw them a large bone with these excessive purchases. Lisa and Erika have a close relationship including sharing business managers and Lisa has taken an active role in assisting Erika since she left Tom Girardi.”
