So, this doesn’t tell fans exactly when her due date is. All we know is that she’s due this fall, which technically begins in a couple more weeks on September 21.

Since Josh’s arrest, fans haven’t seen any photos of Anna posted on social media. However, her children have attended a couple of recent family events with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Because of this, fans are wondering if Anna already gave birth. Maybe her in-laws are helping with the kids while she recovers. There are several other signs that Anna could have already given birth.
On Duggar Bates Confessions, one fan submitted a confession hoping Anna has a “peaceful and safe labor.”
Fans are chiming in to share their theories. One Instagram user writes, “I think sometime this month/early next month. That is my prediction.”
Another adds, “It is my belief that she’s already given birth and that’s the biggest reason she’s in hiding and doesn’t have all the kids with her. I mean that’s 100% conjecture but it just seems likely.”

A post would likely be met with plenty of criticism from her followers, or she may believe it would distract from the drama surrounding her husband’s arrest.
Sources have said that Anna is on poor terms with her husband’s family, making fans wonder if Jim Bob and Michelle will even meet the baby. But Anna’s in-laws seem to be helping out with her children right now, so it seems like things aren’t as bad as sources originally said. So, they may end up meeting the baby.
