Dreyer’s family is scheduled to grow by one member in just a few short months.
Dreyer is expecting another boy that will join the world in November 2021.
The meteorologist revealed she has already picked a baby name, though she was adamant to share it with the public.
When Today’s show Craig Melvin asked Dylan, “Have we got the name yet?” Dreyer replied: “In my head.”
Adding: “I’m not telling. Yes, we have a name. But no one knows.”
What did Dylan Dreyer say about being pregnant?
Dreyer revealed that she suffered from fertility issues prior to her second pregnancy.
In 2019, when she and her husband, Brian Fichera, were trying to have their second child, she revealed that she’d suffered a miscarriage.
Speaking about the experience on the Today show, Dreyer said: “As my doctor told me, a miscarriage is not your body doing something wrong — it’s actually your body doing something right.
“Because something’s not right with the embryo. Your body is doing the right thing. It’s doing what it needs to do.”
“It’s hard in the moment, because you’re so devastated.
Adding: “Having a miscarriage is awful.”

Was Dylan Dreyer’s pregnancy a surprise?
While talking to the Today Show, Dreyer revealed that she and her husband were trying for a third baby for six months.
“We were trying and it wasn’t really happening and just kind of gave up,” she said.
“We were ready for the next phase.”
Dreyer said that she visited the doctor to see what was wrong, and he gave her a clean bill of health.
He also told her to “relax” and not think about getting pregnant so much.
After she took his advice, it didn’t take long for her to get pregnant.
“When we first got married, we thought maybe one day we’d have kids,” Dreyer said.
“But then we became obsessed with them….You just realize they’re the best things in the world,” she continued.
On August 18, 2021, Dreyer shared a photo of her, her sons Calvin and Ollie, and their grandma enjoying an ice cream, writing: “Fun visit with my momma!! We miss you already!!” followed by two heart emojis.
