SARAH HARDING rose to fame and fortune as part of global superstar pop group Girls Aloud.
But tragically she lost her battle with breast cancer on September 5. Here’s what we know about who she dated.
Calum Best
The pair met in 2005 after meeting her at the Elle Style Awards.
Calum later described their relationship as “eight months of madness”, telling The Sun: “It was a whirlwind, an intense, full-on, fiery relationship. But it was a good fire.”
Sharing a picture of them together, he wrote about her death: “Jesus this one hits home, this is so sad, so young, so much life, so much talent.
“Sarah I’m so sorry ur gone , I will always remember the good times, I remember when we met around 22/23 at a event for glamour, spent all night flirting 😂😘.
“We then spent a few years together and I remember u where a shoulder for me when my dad passed and I valued u so much for that ! So blessed we where able to continue on a 16 year friendship ❤️❤️❤️.”
He concluded: “Rest in peace gorgeous and sending so much love to ur mom ❤️.”
Tom Crane
Sarah and DJ Tom Crane dated for five years and got engaged during a trip to the Maldives over Christmas in 2010.
The star explained that the long-distance relationship wasn’t good for them, with Sarah insisting she ended up pushing him away.
She wrote: “I’ve never stopped blaming myself. Losing him was one of the biggest mistakes of my life, but we just couldn’t seem to find a way through the impasse.”
However, months later it was all over with Tom tweeting: “Sarah and I have decided to take a break. I have nothing else to say”.
Chad Johnson
Sarah and US reality TV star Chad Johnson embarked on a brief romance after meeting in the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2017.
They split after struggling with the long-distance aspect of their relationship.
He said he was “praying” for his ex and knows how “rough” cancer can be after losing his mum to the disease.
“Sarah always reminded me of my mum and my mum went through the exact same thing.”
“It sucks, I am hoping and praying the absolute best for her because I know how difficult the situation can be.
“My mum had breast cancer and it got into her blood and her liver. I know what Sarah is going through, I mean, I have seen it from day one to the very end and I just hope that she can recover.”
The Bachelor star added: “I know how rough it is, once you go there there’s no real coming back. You’re always worrying about it. I took care of my mum the whole time.”
Mark Foster
Sarah dated music producer Mark Foster dated for a year in 2013.
They parted ways after she spent a lot of time out training for gymnastics show Tumble and their relationship hit the rocks.
