With a double degree from Boston University, Riley also helps tech startups increase their revenue by educating them about strategies regarding marketing and development.
Riley has also made an appearance on Netflix’s Knock Down the House documentary.

In an interview with Vogue, AOC revealed she met Riley during an event that was organized by the Dean of BU. Even though the two were poles apart in terms of their personality, their ideology aligned perfectly. In fact, Riley even moved to Arizona to be with her.
Meanwhile, in an interview with Vanity Fair, their friend, Raul Fernandez, admitted the pair had been tight-lipped about their relationship.
