MARRIED At First Sight UK has returned for its’ sixth series – and it’s said to be racier, sexier and more explosive than ever before.
One of the contestants set to wed a total stranger is former reality star and model Joshua Christie. Here’s everything you should know about him…

Who is Joshua on Married At First Sight UK 2021?
26-year-old Joshua works in insurance – but models on the side for brands including ASOS and Next.
In 2019 Joshua appeared on Shipwrecked but had his time on the island cut short after his grandfather fell ill.
He also made a brief appearance on Ibiza Weekender.
Joshua also has a pretty famous family as he’s the nephew of Olympic legend Linford Christie.
What has Josh said about appearing on the show?
Josh revealed that “marriage has always been on the cards” for him, adding that he was looking forward to the show acting as a “fast track” to a happily ever after.
“Sometimes I need to be kicked into the deep end so for me this is the start of a new chapter.”
On his Instagram, Joshua cryptically wrote: “This one’s gonna be big keep your eyes peeled”.
He’s been paired up with 34-year glamour model turned sports journo Amy for the show – but both are keeping mum when it comes to how their marriage went!

When is Married At First Sight UK 2021 on TV and how can I watch it?
Married At First Sight UK has moved to E4 for its’ sixth series, which promises to be more explosive than ever.
The new series has swapped out legally binding weddings for commitment ceremonies and separating the couples for group dinner parties, taking a leaf out of the Aussie version of the show.
It made its’ big return on August 30, 2021 at 9pm for a extra-long episode.
The show will now be airing four nights a week from Monday to Thursday for 21 episodes, leading up to an epic finale at the end of the month.
