WITH the release of Kanye West’s Donda on August 29, the attention now shifts to Drake’s upcoming album Certified Lover Boy.
A day after Donda dropped on all major streaming platforms, Drake shockingly released the album cover to CLB while announced a September 3 release date.
Who is the ‘GOAT’ Drake is featuring on Certified Lover Boy?
As fans eagerly await the arrival of Certified Lover Boy, as expected, the album is reportedly stacked with big-name features.
On September 1, Tilda journalist Elliott Wilson took to Instagram to share a series of billboards that shed light on what Drizzy has in store for his upcoming project.
The signs were spotted in cities across the United States, revealing which artists would appear on Certified Lover Boy.
One billboard was spotted in Chicago, confirming Lil Durk’s contribution; another popped in Los Angeles, teasing Ty Dolla Sign and Giveon’s involvement; and another was seen in the Atlanta, revealing Young Thug, Future, 21 Savage, and Lil Baby would also make appearances.
Even Yebba and Project Pat got their own billboard in Memphis.
However, one billboard left some fans scratching their heads – a New York City sign that read, “Hey New York, the GOAT is on CLB.”
Many assume the “GOAT” in question is Brooklyn native Jay-Z.
Still, some wonder if Drizzy was hinting at a Nas feature, or perhaps his former Young Money labelmate Nicki Minaj.

Fans quickly took to Twitter to try and decipher who Drake was teasing with his New York billboard.
One fan pointed at Jay-Z’s direction, saying: “Is this Drake acknowledging that HOV is the GOAT and that he is on CLB?! #CLB.”
Another fan simply shared: “Jay Z is definitely the “Goat” that’s on CLB.”
A third person chimed in and said: “When they tell New York the goat is on CLB, it can only be Jay Z. I can’t wait.”
