REAL Housewives Of Beverly Hills fans were left in shock when Kathy Hilton broke down in tears as she said her “biggest regret” of the past decade is feuding with sister Kyle Richards.
The famous siblings had a decade-long fight with “zero communication” on-and-off for years before recently rekindling when Paris Hilton’s mom finally decided to join the Bravo show.
Why did Kyle Richards fall out with sister Kathy Hilton?
Their feud began around 2010 when Kathy’s husband, Hilton Hotel tycoon Rick Hilton, didn’t make Kyle’s spouse, Mauricio Umansky, a partner in his real estate firm.
Mauricio furiously left and went on to found The Agency Real Estate – which now has nearly 500 agents and is heavily featured on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing.
The tension got so bad, Kathy even uninvited Kyle from her daughter, Nicky Hilton’s, wedding.
However, Kyle was re-invited and did attend but the sisters missed many events together throughout the years.

Back in 2015, they also got into a legal battle over Kyle’s short-lived television venture, American Woman, that was based on their family’s life.
“I had my lawyer send her a letter saying absolutely do not include anything to do with me or my family in this show,” Kathy said on RHOBH.
But luckily the sisters are now back to being best of friends, and the feud is well and truly over.
Who else has Kyle Richards fallen out with?
Out of all the Real Housewives, Kyle is the least confrontational and one the most likeable members of the Bravo franchise.
That being said, she has had a few fall outs with different people over the years.
The biggest one has to be with former BFF Lisa Vanderpump.
The pair famously fell out in season 9 over accusations of Lisa leaking stories to the press.
Kyle also has a very on/off relationship with her and Kathy’s other sister Kim Richards.
During Kim’s time on RHOBH from seasons one to five, the sisters were constantly falling out, and then making up again.
Kyle has mentioned many times over the years how if she is “on good terms” with one sister, she is typically “not on good terms” with the other.
